The Cafeor Dripper’s built-in stainless steel mesh filter enhances your mug by letting the coffee’s natural oils through. This makes the aromas more vibrant, the flavour more exotic, and the mouthfeel more creamy. The filter also eliminates the need to produce paper filter waste.

Basic Hario Cafeor Dripper Instructions:

• Grind 18g of coffee at a medium setting and place in the filter.
• Pour 36ml of hot water over the grounds to bloom, then rest.
• After 30 seconds, pour the remaining 250ml of hot water in slow, concentric circles.
• Allow your brew to drain and enjoy!

Included in the set is a 300ml pot made from Hario’s own famously durable glass. Attached to the bottom of the pot is a no-slip base that keeps your equipment safe before, during, and after brewing.

The pot also enables you to also make iced coffee by exchanging some hot water for ice cubes in the bottom of the glass.
